Oggi vi parlo di un simpatico Charm che ho trovato su Aliexpress.
Come sapete ormai, Aliexpress offre ogni genere di cosa da acquistare, e in questo campo non fa la differenza.
Ma ecco come il sito vi propone il Charm:
Dalla pubblicità sembra ben fatto, lucido, con la tinta dorata, sicuramente in bigiotteria, al costo di €2,69. Siccome mi è capitato di ordinarne altri su questo genere e mi son sempre trovata bene, decido di acquistarlo.
Quando la protezione dell’acquisto stava per terminare, circa, 6 giorni prima, invio un messaggio al rivenditore, chiedendo di allungare la protezione per poterlo ricevere, dopo un paio di giorni, non avevo ancora ricevuto risposta, così attivo la controversia.
Quando la controversia viene attivata, si richiede il rimborso oppure che l’oggetto da voi ordinato sia rispedito. In questo caso io ho scelto di chiedere il rimborso, ma come prima nessuno mi ha risposto. Così Aliexpress ha preso in mano la trattativa e ha proceduto ad effettuare il rimborso che mi è arrivato dopo circa tre giorni.
Questa volta, non è andata benissimo col rivenditore, ma la prontezza del sito nel non perdere il cliente è stata molto apprezzata.

In this case I chose to ask for a refund, but as before nobody answered. So Aliexpress took over the negotiations and proceeded to make the refund that I received after about three days.
This time, it did not go well with the seller, but the readiness of the site in not losing the customer was much appreciated.
